During the meeting the representatives of each partner were introduced and all
partners got informed on the project (including purpose
of the project, the scope,the work plan, the major
outputs, the risks, estimated effort and
budget, timeline, milestones and
deadlines).
The consortium discussed the roles and responsibilities of each partner, the
project management procedures and quality mechanisms,
agreements and contracts, communicate a shared understanding and
commitment.
